This was a lovely afternoon tea experience. The staff was friendly and kind, the food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect. I do recommend dressing up because it is a 5 star hotel after all! I was wearing sneakers (a necessity for walking around London! and felt very underdressed.

"We enjoyed the authentic Portuguese food. The staff were friendly and they recommended different types of wine which turned out to be really nice. The restaurant is decorated with lots of wine and you can purchase bottled wines after dinner."

"Husband was bought their martini afternoon tea by colleagues for his birthday so we went along. Lovely setting with plenty of people enjoying a special afternoon out. Nice selection of food and teas with three mini martinis which were all delicious. Good service too."
