This restaurant can be summed up by its commitment to high-quality ingredients. We managed to get a table on a busy Friday night without a reservation, even though the place was packed! The parking lot is quite large since it shares space with the USPS, but it was still very crowded—we were lucky to snag the last spot. The atmosphere was a bit loud due to the spacious dining area filled with tables. However, the service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. Agave did not disappoint! Delicious food and tasty drinks! Originally I thought it was only BYOB so I was pleasantly surprised that they have a full bar menu as well. We had the chicken tortilla soup, which was perfect for the chilly fall day. I then had the day special, salmon enchiladas, which I really enjoyed. My partner had the carne asada and he really enjoyed it it was cooked perfectly. The portions were very good, and because they also provide free chips (so good) we were full enough to take home portions as well as dessert. The spicy chocolate mousse cake was the perfect amount of spicy, chocolatey, and not too sweet. Overall wonderful experience.

I visited this restaurant for lunch about a year ago, and I had a wonderful experience. The chicken tacos were fantastic—generously filled and served piping hot! The service was quick; our drinks and tortilla chips were refilled promptly, and the staff was very helpful in answering all our questions about the food and the spices used in some of the dishes. The flavors were excellent, and the portions were quite large, leaving us feeling very satisfied. Overall, I would definitely return!

Came here for lunch earlier in the year. Great chicken tacos, extra filling and came out really hot! The service was quick to refill our drinks/tortilla chips and answer any questions we had about the food and the spiciness of some of the items of the menu. Perfect place to catch up with a friend over lunch. Being vegan ? I was excited to try the cauliflower tacos~ 2 for $10~So good~ that I was already starting to think about my next visit ? I dabbled in a little pre-cinco de Mayo margarita with orange liquor the spicy-salt rim. It was fresh, not too sweet. Also, highly recommend the guacamole ?

A must come! High end Mexican. The chef knows how to do it. Staff is amazing. Just come. They do something many restaurants don?t know how to do?they combine layers of flavor and attention to detail for foodies but make it simple for restaurant goers. Oh?did I say BYOB ?

This is the best Mexican restaurant in our area! It's a family favorite! The mahi mahi tacos are absolutely delicious and always perfect whenever we order them. We've never had a bad dish here! We also love the homemade margarita pitchers! Reserva una mesa ahora

Friendly service, good food and great tacos. A bit expensive for Mexican food and it can get loud in the dining room. It?s a good location for visiting Brandywine Art Museum.
