Agave Grill - Reservar una mesa

Not pleased with my take out service from Emma K today. I looked online at the menu and decided on 2 street tacos(alacart) $5 a piece. I placed the order over the phone. Once there my ticket says $15. I asked about the total and was told the computer doesn't ring up what I ordered because the menu is different now. Smh ok, what does that have to do with the customer? I want to pay for what I ordered only. Emma K went back and forth with me even after I pulled the menu up. After we chatted for a few she says, I'll just take off a few dollars for you. She acted as if she was doing me a favor. I've never had to go back and forth about something that was totally not my fault at a business. Pleas...

Our server was amazing...if it was just based on her I would give it 5 stars! The guacamole was very good! It took quite a while to get our food...then when the kids burgers came even though I ordered them plain the came with Mayo. I asked them to remake them as my kids are allergic. They came back and had changed the buns but the Mayo was still on the burger...really disappointing. My steak tacos I asked for corn shells or knowing all the corn shells they have are hard shells. The steak was a bit rough. My husband really liked his chorizo taco. Again-our server alone would make us want to give this place one more try.

Worst experience ever..waitress took our order and did not turn it in..it was just 2 of us and other big parties were getting their food very quickly..I finally asked what was taking so long she kept saying she would check on it..I finally ask the manager and he confirmed she did not turn in our ticket..we walked out and left..waitress was not interested in helping us since we got there. 45 minutes wasted smh

Not sure what’s going on here, but I used to go there to get lunch with my coworkers. Last time we paid $85 for Tacos and a flan. We look the prices on the the menu and they didn’t match with the bill we paid. Again, one of us went today and they over charged that bill as well. This place is not like Verde or anything fancy. Not sure how such a small amount of food can be $85 like that’s a slap on the face.

Sat on sidewalk and enjoyed a fantastic lunch. Server was very pleasant and a joy to interact with. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!!
