Agra - Reservar una mesa

Review, dated October I have been a regular at the Agra for several years and missed the experience massively during lockdown. I’m certainly back now though – twice in the last week! On Wednesday I had chicken shaslick, last night lamb madras, with...various rices and veg sides. As always, everything was cooked to perfection and – unlike in many places – you can really taste the distinctive spices. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly managers who always come over for a chat. This restaurant has been here for decades and once you’ve been once it’ll be obvious why! Agra is a small, family-run curry house tucked away on a quiet street in fashionable Fitzrovia. I had been there about five years before and had good memories of the food and service. I was in London on a crisp, chilly autumnal Friday evening –...ideal for eating curry – and decided to return. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was also very pleasant.

Been coming back to this place for years, never fails to disappoint. Everyone I have brought here as newbies thinks it’s the best ever. I’ll be coming back again and again the best in London. Taj and his family are wonderful and generous...hosts, a very homely and intimate restaurant with amazing food!

Finest Indian food in London and one of the oldest Indian restaurants still run by the same family. Simple decor and recently refurbished.

Not the best food but I was expecting worse so it wasn’t too bad. Definitely recommend it, amibience was goood
