i’ve come here many times and haven’t had an issue before today. i came at around 10am and the door was locked, i peeked inside and there was a young man standing at the counter. the open sign wasn’t on so i went back to my car thinking maybe they weren’t open for the day yet but my friend said that sometimes the door gets stuck. i went back and tried to open the door again and it wouldn’t budge. i could see the two employees in there laughing at me. what a nightmare, there was no customers inside so they weren’t busy to the point where they couldn’t help me open the door. i hate to leave a bad review but i have never been to a place where this has happened before and it was so disappointing...
The atmosphere and customer service at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. I had to stop and take a picture of my bowl because it tasted so amazing. I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the lack of processed sugars. I give it 5 stars for sure. I ordered the red, white, and blue bowl.
I will not be returning to this restaurant. It took over 15 minutes for me to receive my oatmeal bowl, despite being the only customer in the store, because the employee was unsure about how to take my order. The floors were dirty and there was vulgar music playing, making it a less than pleasant experience.

Very nice Açaí. I just think that the place needs a facade upgrade. My friends and I thought they were closed ?. They didn't have a sign saying open/close and we couldn't see if there were people inside until you were very close to the door ?.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there, and they even offered me some great recommendations. The acai bowls were fantastic! I will definitely be coming back again!
This restaurant is not as good as ones in Brazil (it's a bit watered down) but still pretty great overall! I particularly enjoy it after school. It's very refreshing and the indoor games are also fun.
First time here the bowls are amazing, you can either select from the menu like the Red White and Blue or customize it…great place to stop for a quick healthy snack ??

They don’t open at 8 like they say!I stopped by on my way to work and the open sign was on but the door was locked and the lights were off!
?? Had the RED, WHITE BLUE literally licked the bowl clean if that tells you anything ? refreshingly AWESOME ?? SO YUMMY ?
