I have to agree with some of the less favorable reviews about this place. The food is quite good, and there are plenty of options, but I noticed that the pace of service varies depending on who is working behind the counter. The two younger staff members were excellent, but the addition of a third person seemed to disrupt the flow. On the bright side, the yellowtail was fantastic, and the blazing salmon was also delicious. The albacore and seaweed salad were standout dishes as well. The prices were a bit on the high side, but considering the quality, I was willing to pay. I would definitely give this spot another try if I'm in the area.
This is one of the best poke places in the area! The creamier, the better. We often get both the house sauces and the creamy Sriracha, and we love the creamy salmon and tuna, along with the tuna and avocado. We usually opt for half salad and half white rice to keep it lighter. No matter which protein you choose, everything is delicious. The magic is in their creamy sauces! Our server was very friendly, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely return!

I would give this restaurant a one-star rating due to the extremely small portion sizes. The prices are steep, ranging from $16 to $18 for a bowl, so I expected a decent amount of fish and toppings. However, they use a tiny scoop for the fish and don’t even bother to fill it completely! When the manager is the one serving, it gets even worse. This is unacceptable for the price! If you don’t step up your portion sizes at Ahi Poki, you’ll end up losing more customers.
The portions are honestly too small for the price. The staff were rather stingy; the waiter only gave my dad two tiny sprigs of sprouts and an extremely small scoop of masago! I get that there are portion guidelines, but that’s just ridiculous. While the fish was fresh, the rice was mushy, and the prices are outrageous. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The staff here were exceptionally friendly, and I really enjoyed the grilled options! Our son is too young to eat raw fish due to dietary restrictions, so we were grateful for the variety of grilled dishes available.
