Ai Sushi Grill In Colorado Spr

Family and I came to have dinner Sunday evening at 530. We dined instead of hibachi. Wife and daughter ordered the teriyaki beef plates and I ordered an assortment of sushi. Theirs arrived 20 minutes before my sushi. What used to be steak is now a poor substitute of thinly shaved beef that tasted like dog food smells. Horrible. Once my sushi arrived I noticed a roll stuffed into a bowl with assortment of flowers to cover up the poorly made roll. Along with other decorations to cover up the other poorly made sushi. The spicy tuna in the rolls was prepared horribly as well because it just tasted of pepper sauce. We will not be returning. Service was great but although the server was aware that...

March 17, 2024 530 pmish We were back. An outstanding hibachi meal prepared by Victor. The food was great and the show was even better. We had the pleasure sitting with birthday boy Ben and has family. Two very nice kids who never once grabbed a phone or complained. Two thumbs up. We had a great time. First visit The restaurant is clean and well lit. Staff are very friendly. The food was excellent. I do not hesitate to give this place my highest recommendation.

I've lived in springs most my life ...tried so many restaurants...out of all my experiences AI never fails to to deliver great meal after great meal ....if your looking to satisfy your craving for oriental food hands down I recommend AI ...by far the most consistent restaurant for a great meal that I have been to in springs !!! (and I've been to A LOT !!

12.10.2023 I needed to eat before my 2 1/2 hour movie. I only had 30 minutes to eat. I settled on sushi because I love sushi. Atmosphere was very cozy, food was delicious, and the waitress was phenomenal. I received my food, ate with 5 mins to spare! Great food and date ambiance. Best mussels I've ever had! Probably the #1 fine dining spot in CS. The sushi chefs are artisans for sure. The food speaks for itself. The establishment could stand to fix their broken front door, but not much to complain about. Def recommend!

I should've known something was up when the sushi side of the restaurant was almost empty at 7:30 on a Saturday night. My yellowtail sashimi appetizer was amazing as usual. But my meal was not. Whatever you've done to the spicy tuna is horrible. Change it back.

I love that they offer gluten-free at the hibachi grills. I've been a few times, and each time, they'll make mine first and then will do everyone else's second with entertainment. It puts my mind at ease, and I have never been sick eating here.

Whether you want sushi or habachi, you will be happy! Very nice atmosphere and great food! I LOVE the monkey brain!! Yes, that's a real choice, and no, it's not monkey brains! Lol!! It is delicious though!!!

The only thing about the service was slow refills on drinks, like water. The chief was great and everything else as well.
