the parkway diner is an unforgettable culinary experience. After in connecticut, where diners had once grown abundantly, it was refreshing to see how much the parkway diner kept the classic diner attack. all from the vintage refrigerators, stainless steel decoration, old time music and even the ketchup holder were in the thema with a classic vintage dinner. each detail has been taken into account. better yet, eating is all made of scratches and certainly not disappointed! great service, excellent ambiente, excellent eating! they could not ask for more in a culinary experience. very pleased this restaurant was revived in burlington. a must see if they are close to life or go through! So glad this place reopened, with a scratch kitchen nonetheless! It maintains a classic American diner vibe while providing superior quality food. I got the full english breakfast (a rarity on menus around here) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The sausage and ham was spectacular, the beans were very good, the english muffin was very good, but i found the tomatoes and mushrooms to be lacking. Service was slow but they were very busy and also short-staffed. Cant recommend this place enough!

Great to see the diner back open! I’ve had every corned beef hash at every diner in the greater Burlington area, and this one is hands down the best of all of them. I was 3/4 of the way through before I thought about getting a picture for the review but couldn’t put the fork down. Wishing the best of luck to the new owners, I know I’ll return! beautiful new/altern place to breakfast. the historical diner feeling is cozy and the food is hearty and tasty. I had the two veg options for the breakfast veggie hasch with policing eggs and the veggie breakfast burrito with endless coffee enjoyment. look forward to the barbacoa breakfast burrito and lunch sandwiches.

The diner itself it the idealistic dining car experience. A perfect combination of a timeless atmosphere with a menu that offers the quality of a scratch kitchen. We had an omelette, chicken and waffles and a fruit and yogurt parfait; they were all delicious. We can’t wait to return and see the diner in “full swing”.

Under new ownership after they had to close due to the pandemic. They're still providing all the diner classics. Good quality food in an local iconic establishment. I enjoyed a ham and cheese omelette with hand made English muffins. Can't beat it.

they have only updated this place and it is really amazing. came on a Saturday and it was packed. highly recommended. great service. unique and amazing eating. fits the bill of the perfect diner experience.

Great food, experienced waitresses. Not many servers hustle like this anymore. A real trip down nostalgia lane. Looking forward to returning. And we were in and out in 30 minutes.
