Food is a really good. I have never dined in, we always do take out.Food is good and tasty. Pulpo al olivo is fantastic, simple, delicate and delicious. Sudado de pescado, arroz chaufa, ceviche y causas full of flavor. Updated Nov 14, 2023: This restaurant review was for Aji Carbon, which I learnt closed during the summer. Good service and good food! Im glad the branch opened here; I go to the north mia beach restaurant frequently. Qudos to Xavier; once he noticed we needed service, he took over and he excelled! Im glad you recruited friendly and positive-attitude personnel!!! Bravo!
