Unfortunately, the service was unbearably slow and inefficient and our server was in a horrible mood. I've been here three times now. The sushi is quite good, although the portions are a bit on the small side. The prices match the local area. However, I'm puzzled by the service and atmosphere. There’s no music at all, and they tend to rush you. When you spend over $50 per person, you'd expect better treatment from the staff, including the sushi chef and waitress. In fact, any paying customer, regardless of how much they spend, shouldn’t feel rushed. I initially thought this was just a one-time issue, but unfortunately, it's been consistent. This place has been around for a while, so they must be doing something right!
This was undoubtedly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered the shrimp teriyaki for $21, and what I received was disappointing: just six small, overcooked shrimp, a small handful of bean sprouts, one piece of broccoli, and a tablespoon of rice. I finished my meal in under five minutes and felt far from satisfied, so I had to go to another restaurant afterward to find something decent to eat. I would recommend avoiding this place—it's a total rip-off. On top of that, the restaurant had a foul smell, indicating poor air circulation.
If I could give this zero stars I would. Went with family last night and waited 1.5 hours for food that did not even taste good. Only after 1.5 hours did they inform a member of our party that they did not have the ingredients for her dish and gave her two small pieces of raw shrimp on a plate. Only one chef and one employee in the entire restaurant. Said they couldn’t make many items on the menu because they were “busy”. One employee got angry at customer requests and was not courteous at all.

I visited this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago with my best friend, as I was in search of an authentic sushi experience. This place exceeded all my expectations—the food was delicious and fresh. The service and atmosphere truly made me feel immersed in their culture, and I was absolutely thrilled with everything.
Not sure if the people with good reviews ate at the same place. Service was slow and chaotic, plates got out randomly to table's. There were maybe three other families in the restaurant and our order took forever. The tables are sticky and the other people sitting there looked like they were ready to run out.
The atmosphere was so nice! A nice little cozy restaurant with such nice staff and amazing food! I went for the first time a couple days ago and it was so good I had to come back the next day! I ordered the lunch box special both times and it was amazing!
An ok experience. Met a friend there for lunch who wanted Japanese food. Everything was mediocre. The food was average. The waitress just went through the motions. And the atmosphere was drab.

Their Bulgogi Box is way overpriced for the little portion they give… very unfortunate small restaurant. Will not be back ever again.
A gem. Kiddo and I got the udon and it was delicious. Very kind staff, will definitely be going back.
