Aji Sushi - Reservar una mesa

I placed an order online to pick up some sushi and a seaweed salad. The order was being completed as I walked in and was handed to me over right away excellent timing! I found my Philly roll to be fresh and delicious. The seaweed salad was mixed with what appeared to be cucumber, but delicious nevertheless. I somehow forgot the name of the second roll, but it was good as well. The only recommendation I would have for the restaurant is to provide a bit more wasabi and soy sauce packets. Will be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic meal here tonight. Although they appeared to be slightly short-staffed, the service was still outstanding. The food arrived quickly and was incredibly tasty. The portion sizes were generous, and the fish was fresh. The tempura was light and crispy, while the Sunomono salad was seasoned to perfection. Everything was simply delicious. I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10 and will definitely return!

One of my wife’s and my absolute favorite sushi spots in Sonoma County. The fish they serve is incredibly fresh, and they have a wide variety of options, including soups, ramen, poke bowls, sushi, and more. The staff is always friendly, and the food is served promptly. We have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great place to eat!

This restaurant offers top-notch quality in its standard sashimi selections, along with inventive specialties like the exquisite tormented scallops and an incredible Korean sashimi salad. It's a standout choice in Santa Rosa that guarantees a fantastic dining experience. Excellent!

Friendly atmosphere. Great food choices. I had the bento box with three items and it was a lot of food. Tempura was crisp, the ratio of meat for the tonkatsu was perfect, loved the salad... Get there early for lunch, it gets packed.

Great sushi. The restaurant claims they get their fish fresh daily, and according to my experience here, I 100% believe them. I usually order her Chirashi shell. Best sushi in Santa Rosa.
