I always order miso soup, and although this is a pretty basic order this might have been the best miso soup that I've ever tasted. A $2 bowl comes with a huge amount of soup. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the miso soup was excellent! I had a sudden craving for sushi and miso soup on a Sunday evening, and Aji Sushi truly satisfied that craving! I ordered the salmon roll, which was fresh, slightly sweet, and had a delightful texture—both firm and soft. It was one of the tastiest and freshest rolls I've ever had! The eel avocado roll was also enjoyable and fresh, although it had a bit less eel than I expected and a bit more avocado (which was also very fresh). We really enjoy dining out, and last night we had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant that our friends recommended. We had a delightful evening featuring exquisite dishes, attentive staff, and an impressive atmosphere. We’ve added this place to our list and will definitely be returning soon. We highly recommend it!
I’ve read a lot of positive reviews about this restaurant, and even though the ownership has changed, the quality remains top-notch. The new owners have certainly met my expectations, and I definitely plan to return there many more times.

It appears that this restaurant is permanently closed. I visited about three weeks ago, and the doors were locked. As of today, it remains closed, with no signs or information on the front door. It's as if they just vanished!
This is my favorite sushi place in the Morristown area. I'm sharing their special menus that are available because they aren't posted on their site. The dinosaur egg is a must try.
I picked up sushi a few nights ago, and it was fresh and delicious. The pick-up process was very efficient. The picture isn't the best, but the sushi itself was fantastic!

The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. It's a small restaurant that was always packed during my visits.
Their sushi rolls are great! Try the black dragon roll.
