Ajio Sushi - Japanese and Korean Cuisine

I recently tried the Spicy Salmon Roll ($7.50) and Spicy Tuna Roll ($8.50), both of which I would rate a 7 out of 10. The rolls were not only tasty, but also quite generous in size. They were filled with lots of fresh fish, both on top and inside the roll, making it a satisfying meal. I especially appreciated the level of spiciness, as it added a nice kick to the rolls. I definitely plan on returning to sample more items from the menu, as everything seemed fresh and reasonably priced. I am curious to try some of the special rolls next time, and will update my review accordingly.

Always enjoy coming here! I usually just get the veggie bento, and it's always very tasty with a good assortment of items. The price of the veggie bento is great and you always leave feeling full! We got a little side salad and congee, I am unsure if those come with it or if it is a starter for every guest, but it's perfect! The service is okay, we did come in a bit close to closing so we waited quite a while before being seated after the empty tables were cleaned. Still very grateful that we were still served!

I really enjoyed the fact that it was actually hot spicy). I would definitely be back to try more of the menu. Everything was fresh and the prices are very fair for the food quality and quantity. I'm sure the special rolls are excellent and will be trying some next time to update this review!

We decided to try the bento meal at this restaurant. It included miso soup, congee, and salad (a very generous complimentary!). The ambiance was a bit dark, but the food was absolutely amazing! The bento meal was a large serving for a great price. The service was superb as well. I highly recommend trying the Unagi bento. Next time, we plan to try the Korean dish. Reserva una mesa ahora

Life is full of chance experiences. Flight was diverted from Newark, NJ to Toronto. Stuck in the latter for two days. Rented a car and took a ride to Niagara Falls. Looked for a sushi spot along the way and based on reviews, chose Ajo. A beautiful, quaint, and lovely restaurant in downtown Hamilton. Loved the gyoza soup and Red Dragon role. Awesome place.

I have been dining at this restaurant for two years now, and they have never failed to impress me. The food is consistently delicious, and the service from all the staff is excellent. Despite its small size, I highly recommend trying it out. Online ordering is also available, and the prices are very reasonable. I absolutely love this place!

This place serve the best sushi and sashimi in Hamilton. The quality is superb. Very hard to get a table but when I get one I keep going with these nice dishes. I prefer sashimi always and this place is not all you can eat. This is a quality place with high standards. If you are into cheap sushi then please find somewhere else

Great, quiet sushi spot. Have been going here with my girlfriend for a while now and it’s always above expectation. Old school/ traditional vibes and the food is ALWAYS quick and delicious. Prices are very fair and you can get 5% off your bill if paying by cash. Reserva una mesa ahora
