Ajisen Ramen - Reserva de mesa

It was a rainy day, so we decided to grab some ramen. The restaurant is located in a small space, and parking is available a bit further down. We didn't wait long to be seated, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and I opted for the ABC wheels. The meat was tender, and the broth was flavorful and served hot. My wife chose the spicy beef bones, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I also noticed that the spicy beef bones seemed to be a popular choice among the other guests.

I ordered the "Volcanic Rays." The broth was flavorful and appropriately spicy, but the portion sizes were disappointing—a small bowl with only three pieces of pork, and there was no option to add chashu. The toppings were also underwhelming, consisting only of mushrooms and sprouts. It felt like they were trying to rush me out. To make matters worse, they brought me my check without giving me the chance to order dessert. I won't be returning.

Better. They don't give enough broth. It is still a good little spot with beautiful din in the setting, but last time I was here the ram noodles were a bit hard to chew, as earlier al dente. Flavor here is great, but only seems to be holding back all the time on her broth and you hardly leave hungry for a ram shell. I'm coming back, but rarely. I wish I could give them the 5 stars.

Incredible selection and the best ramen I've ever tasted! The service was prompt and welcoming. Be sure to try the black garlic ramen along with the volcano sauce. And I can’t believe I’ve never tried iced jasmine green tea before—I've only had it served hot, but the iced version was so refreshing! Reserva una mesa ahora

Our last visit was last month. We came at almost closing time. They still open the door for us and let us stay past their closing time. Always good service. Very understanding and nice staff. The best delicious ramen that's why we keep coming back!

I really appreciated the extensive menu, which offered a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions. I can't eat pork, and they were incredibly accommodating about it. The service was excellent, and our food was served quickly.

In my neighborhood, there aren't many options for ramen, and the ones available are just mediocre. However, Ajisen stands out with its rich flavors and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

Great food at a good price! The only bad thing is that there are so many delicious options that it can be difficult to choose if you can only eat one bowl. It's a good reason to go back Reserva una mesa ahora

Everything was delicious! I ordered dish #47, while my brother tried the volcano ramen with an extra bowl of sauce, and he really enjoyed it! The octopus balls were also great.

The atmosphere and staff were great. I am a vegetarian and did feel like their vegetarian organic tofu bowl could have been more flavorful.
