Ajito - Reserva de mesa

Excellent kitchen! I took a chirashi kyo, with a pair of eel sushi and a sorbet with sesame seeds. Chirashi is very copied, and all fish as excellent as each other. rice, below, blends perfectly with the dish and is a delight. caramelized eels are also excellent, surely my favorite dish. the sorbet with sesame seeds, perfect to soften its mouth and finish on a sweet note, after having eaten a lot of wasabi of very good quality, but that in high quantity goes up and burns the nose a little. Only flat if he had to have one, the price, a little high. but the service and the product deserves it entirely. I highly recommend, my best Japanese cooking experience in the area.

the ajito is the best Japanese restaurant in provence! the quality of the dishes is remarkable and really resembles what can be appreciated in the japon. salmon sushi are delicious, but there are also other fish sushi to discover (I recommend taking a assortment of sushi to taste different fish. There are also specialties such as the crab of soft shells (crabe mu frit or kakuni (porc mijoté that is rarely found in other Japanese restaurants in france. the price is slightly higher than other Japanese restaurants but is largely justified by quality! I'll be right back!
