Tell them you're vegan to avoid hidden animal products. Miso soup has fish broth, and Teriyaki sauce is made with cooked chicken bones. They are very knowledgeable about which dishes are vegan or can be vegan. The veg rolls (like sweet potato tempura and avocado with peanuts) are super delicious!
