Honestly I have not had a better meal away when travelling. I ordered the Potato Soup and Shrimp Spaghetti. Which where both amazing the Soup cost around 5 EUR and it most have been the biggest bowl they could find, what you got for your money was amazing. The Spaghetti around 10 EUR was also amazing brilliantly seasoned well and very filling. Your paying for a decent meal but you are getting Michelin Star Quality on your plate. For 2 people we had 4 Beers, 2 Soups and 2 Spaghetti and it was around 45 EUR. The standard of food was what I would expect in a high end London restaurant not a small local German one. Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider mussten wir etwas länger darauf warten weil, wie mir schien, eine Person aus dem Team fehlte. Wir sind wohl einfach am falschen Tag erschienen.Die Terrasse auf der wir saßen lag an der Straße, dennoch hielt sich der Lautstärke-Pegel recht tief. Somit waren Gespräche in normaler Lautstärke möglich.Wie schon erwähnt, war das Essen sehr gut, die Portionen waren groß und der Preis dafür war vergleichsweise niedrig.Meiner Meinung ist dies eines der letzten guten Restaurants in Porz.

I had eaten in the restaurant on a previous trip to Cologne, so decided to stay at the hotel on this occasion. The restaurant again was brilliant, I still think this is one of the best places I have ever eaten in. The hotel is...great to, rooms are large and comfortable and cleaned daily. I came here for dinner after being recommended I visit. I was not disappointed, a lovely place with outside seating and the food was fantastic, I opted for the house pan which was great, hot and fresh and really tasty. The beer was good and...the staff also great. If you are stopping in one of the airport hotels nearby please have a walk down here you will not be disappointed.

Ein kleines, gemütliches Hotel, mit solider Küche und kölschen Charme . In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen gelegen, bietet das Hotel zwar keinen Luxus, aber eine saubere und zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war nicht zu klein, das Bad war groß genug. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

for one night to get an early flight out of Cologne this is perfect. very clean and well organized. very friendly staff. restaurant and ub which is a brauhaus type in the hotel. Parking included.

I visited this restaurant two days for dinner when I was near by Cologne Airport. Food was fantastic, with no doubts if am around the place again I will go.

Einmal reicht,nur zu empfehlen weil nähe zum flughafen,lieber ohne frühstück buchen und dann zum bäcker gehen
