If I could put them 10 stars, I would have. I stayed there from the 13th to the 15th of June. On my arrival and after the fatigue and emails blocked by my company in my unwanted emails, it is 100% on my side that I did not assure and especially my sincere apologies regarding in addition to your hotel that you are our customer regarding your locks (sourire). The host who answered me by phone, was able to answer me correctly and was understandable because when I showed him that my emails were blocked, he noticed as I did. Thanks to him for his professionalism and calm! Then come to the hotel: I don’t understand how they are only 2 stars while the services, room, decoration and cleanliness could even be exemplary for some 4-star hotels I stayed! This hotel deserves 4 stars! Impressive! The ventilation system but I have never seen this in a silence even if we finally think it doesn’t work (laughs)! The ventilation system of the shower as impressive silences!! What impressed me more is the level of service at breakfast, really at the little onion what! Staff very attentive to the remaining products and do not hesitate to complete quickly. I never take the time to comment on the number of hotels I do, but it should be noted that I couldn’t miss as much as I was very satisfied and I expect to return in 2 weeks!
