this summer we visited the village of Sare, one of the most beautiful village of france, at noon we tour the restaurants and we were drawn to it first a menu of the day has correct price : 9,50€ and a combined plate (salade and charcuterie) 9,80€ then basque cake to the black cherry (speciality of the country) excellent. We appreciate the kindness of the staff and the terrace. only negative dish plates!!!
Not to be missed. We are going out to 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Mixed, combined and cutlery plates are very good and copyy. quality, fresh and well prepared products. The Basque cord is divine! impeccable coffee and homemade ice cream/sorbets. all at very affordable prices (9€50 most dishes). boss and waitress extremely nice! Anyway, we'll go back!
typical and very tasteful cuisine developed "as at home" with quality products. Even the ice creams are homemade. small for vanilla ice cream taste and strawberry sorbet more than natural than loved our personal girl smiling and pleasant. An address to remember. Attention, the places are expensive in the middle of the season and no booking possible.

the reception and local cuisine at the top including desserts! and the all homemade for a very correct price (15 € flat, dessert and coffee). pleasant lunch on terrace before going to the rhune.
