Since October 1991, when I met my wife, we regularly come to this very beautiful Greek restaurant. We have witnessed how Martina and Thomas Bochtis have repeatedly transformed this place to offer as authentic Greek cuisine as possible. The children of the two have taken over the tradition of the house some time ago and managed to create another level that does not exist again in a wide range. The kitchen, service and the ideas of distribution of the original Greek products oil, wine etc. is a successful combination and makes the restaurant a unique place of well-being. The place was a good Greek with a little more than Gyros. This has not been the case since the beginning of the year, as we have unfortunately noticed. The interior and service were still good. That's it. At the standard gyros was the rate onion rings to meat 1:1. The overbaked Gyros for EUR 18,50! had shoe sole character. The sauce was very watery, the taste was very neutral. a strong relationship to the frozen pangyros cannot be denied. The Greek Cevapcici did not. Well, we have deleted the place from our list, as here the double stroke and price increase and design to cost have occurred.
After some time we were here again, as we remembered the restaurant as a very nice Greek restaurant. Unfortunately, some things have become worse. The service was still good, but the food was greatly reduced. Now you certainly don't expect a star kitchen at the Greeks. The overcrowded gyros, however, was bad meat and the supposedly piquant spice was missing completely. For this, however, it was significantly shrinked in the amount and increased in price. I think Ma's going to rely on the edge. Conclusion: It's not anymore. There is much better.
Our favorite place has upgraded powerfully outside. Super olives and an insane awning as protection against sun and water and even in the evening with light for the ambience. At dinner a few new original stories. Especially the cheese balls on tomato jam and eye bean salad are.
