Located in Mühlhausen on the back of the summer mountain, surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Swabian Alb with magnificent views. Ideal as a starting point for hiking tours. Whether the delicious breakfast buffet, the good daily meal only Mo Fr. , the Vesperkarte , Coffee and Cake or the evening menu here is all great. Swabian cosiness paired with charm, who can stand there again. We had: roasted asparagus in Bärlauchvinaigraitte and black forests ham goat's kitzrücken mit hausgem. Schupfnudeln and vegetable mules with fresh spring vegetables all very, very tasty. If you want to go hiking you can also arrange a lunch package for the hike, a completely successful service.

I want to give 5 stars, but... The staff is super friendly and with lots of heart blood! Breakfast small, but completely sufficient. For us they have baked extra rolls. We had the family room with 5 beds and enough space! The whole hotel with the restaurant would be a very nice place for a longer stay. But: The bathroom is badly lit. The whole institution has come in the years. For a family room with 5 beds, I would have expected a ventilation or fly screen as well as a larger refrigerator. The worst was the playground completely contaminated.
Wet cell in the room quite underground, each later planted closed cell in ' not nice ' the rest of the room went so. Furch article wasn't overhanging, but okay. Staff very friendly. Since the restaurant permanently closed the economy, we couldn't do anything on site in the evening. To the place on foot and in bad weather, definitely not great. A vehicle is therefore recommended. The hotel is older but everything is clean, neat. Despite the motorway in the immediate vicinity, there is really silence in the room when the window is closed. On hot days you have to choose between heat or noise because there is no air conditioning. Breakfast was also very good under corona conditions. Restaurant remains closed, but the place offers alternatives.
Location is super, room was very large and well equipped, with good bed and large desk. What did not fit was the tiny, badly illuminated wet cell. Breakfast was unfortunately not possible, the restaurant closed. Therefore, no evaluation is possible. Would come back at any time. Great location, good views.
Top Hotel Restaurant with fair prices! Very professional and super friendly team! We stayed there for a seminar (super-equipment) and have extended the stay with excursions to the region (to experience and discover many traditional ones). Very happy and hopefully again! Oh, my God!
