I will not lie, I have very little experience with the middle eastern kitchen. I realized that as an Anaheim ambassador, many were places in my city that I had not tried because of this unknownness. Today I decided to visit some of my local happy Cow lists to see what I could try. Recently discovered this place and decided to try it last week. Wow. The food and the prices are great! So far I have tried the keshek, zater and cheese and Mini Spinat cake. Everything was great, but if you ask me for my favorite, I would go with the Keshek. It's just a bunch of spices and taste explode in your mouth. The checkout was warm, helpful with their recommendations and suggestions) and oh so beautiful. And it was a quiet, casual place, perfect for lunch. Bread baked fresh daily Zaater $1.50: oregano, sesame seeds, olive oil. A little sour, but with cheese $2.25), it was just the right amount of salty and sour. as a medium-east vegetarian I felt very comfortable going here because I was fit and there were many delicious vegetarian foods. this is not one of these restaurants that like two lame veg options, but it also has enough non-veg options for their friends eating meat. it is a fairly groovy location updated from the previous review on 2016-08-31
