"as a middle-east vegetarian I felt very comfortable going here because I was fit and there were many delicious vegetarian foods. this is not one of these restaurants that like two lame veg options, but it also has enough non-veg options for their friends eating meat. it is a beautiful place updated from the previous review on 2016-08-31"

I will not lie, I have very little experience with the middle eastern kitchen. I realized that as an Anaheim ambassador, many were places in my city that I had not tried because of this unknownness. Today I decided to visit some of my local happy Cow lists to see what I could try. I stopped at al amir bakery and after I had ensured that their information was up to date, I asked for vegan recommendations that I could try. first I got a spinach cake/surcharge. a mixture of spinach, swirling and lemon baked in a teig. the taste was amazing. the lemon taste brings really spinach and swirl together. the teig is the right star here. most of their dishes use it. as they are known for their pizzas/f...

Recently discovered this place and decided to try it last week. Wow. The food and the prices are great! So far I have tried the keshek, zater and cheese and Mini Spinat cake. Everything was great, but if you ask me for my favorite, I would go with the Keshek. It's just a bunch of spices and taste explode in your mouth. The checkout was warm, helpful with their recommendations and suggestions) and oh so beautiful. And it was a quiet, casual place, perfect for lunch. Bread baked fresh daily Zaater $1.50: oregano, sesame seeds, olive oil. A little sour, but with cheese $2.25), it was just the right amount of salty and sour. Large vegetable plate $3,50: bunch of green olives, pickles, mint leave...
