my daughter and I just had to find out that there was a 3 hour delay, so instead of throwing her away and leaving her at ohare, I came back and fetched her back. we went to breakfast as and enjoyed some good talks and laugh about some dug 2 more cups coffee. brenda our waitress said she was there 42 yrs, who alone says something about the diner. many thanks for the delay sick they take extra time with my daughter on the day. prost!
The food at this restaurant is amazing! I really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great service overall. I had breakfast there and it was fantastic. Prices ranged from $20 to $30 per person. The atmosphere was perfect, with a rating of 5. Highly recommend trying the pancakes and toast. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.
This is a nice established neighborhood restaurant that makes great food. Homemade style. We ate here twice it was so good. We had breakfast and the Friday night fish fry. Being among the neighborhood and seeing the gracious respect everyone showed the people that run it made you feel at ease and welcomed. I will definitely go back here. Service: Dine in
Awesome place if you appreciate old style homey atmosphere with killer food. We had breakfast there and I will be back again for the egg skillet with a side of angel food light pancakes. The food at this restaurant is good and the service is classic, but the place is in need of a thorough cleaning. The smell is reminiscent of a poorly maintained nursing home, which would prevent me from returning. Overall, the atmosphere is not appetizing. Rating: Food 4, Service 5, Atmosphere 2.
