A dying restaurant on Monkland that needs either a refresh or replacement... after years of dining there, this last experience with my daughter left nothing but a bitter taste. Great neighborhood trattoria that somehow I missed so far. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and very tasty. It took some time to take our order (on this very busy Saturday night) nevertheless, once taken the service was pretty fast and very effective. There were some...substitute items on the menu nevertheless, equally delicious. The portions were generous and the BYOW option makes a winner out of this little italian cuisine colony. It is a little bit noisy (which actually increases it's authenticity : so one goes there to eat, drink and celebrate (well) not for a conversation. Keep up the good work!

Have now been here at least times and have to say that they have one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The secret is in the dough which is way above average...just perfect and not too thin, thick of hard. As well...the other dishes are also above average the Osso Buco, many pasta dishes and the risotto. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Also BYOB!
Not so great this time. Usually all good and quick delivery.Tonight, instead of min estimated delivery time, it took almost an hour. Pasta was barely warm and spinach in the salad, seemed to have been served un-washed. I will not be ordering again for...a while. Maybe eating on site is better is a better option?
Had a craving for pasta and decided to stay local of course Al Denté served up great dishes in less than minutes for take out. You know it’s good when you reheat leftovers the next day and it’s still delicious! Very friendly...and like everyone else in the neighborhood, really appreciate your business.
I used to come here all the time and it was always fantastic. The decor was very much lacking but the great food made up for it. We went this week and it just wasn't the same. The food was just lacking and we all...agreed. Could have been an off night. I'll give it one more shot some day.

This is a great local restaurant. We live nearby and go often as a large family for easy dinners. Service is friendly. Food is good. Great pizza! Atmosphere is cozy and it is bring your own wine which is always nice.
I didnt receive one order of the pasta that I had ordered unfortunately.
