Warm, open atmosphere, somewhat cramped seating. Very friendly and courteous service, but also very busy everything is fine, but there is no taste explosion with the food. Food presented very nicely, but only ok in terms of taste. The starters Vitello Tonnato and Fritto Misto were a good start and both were tasty. But the main course Paillard Di Manzo the beef was completely cooked and cold, the Mediterranean seasoning and grilled flavor were well balanced, but meat was not skillfully fried. The Risotto alla Zafferano was very nicely presented, also chunky, a bit too firm to the bite, but we lacked the right balance here saffron and salt. So much potential inside, really great and nice service. Unfortunately, it smelled like smoke (wood stove in the room? Fire outside, the smoke going straight into the guest room? . I had to wash all my clothes and hair, it smelled like a campfire. The ambience is more reminiscent of a bar. In my opinion, colored lights and electronic music don't detract from the beautiful dining room. It was very uncomfortable/unromantic. The food is okay, but relatively expensive. 2 non alcoholic drinks, 1 bottle of water, 2 starters and 2 main courses. 165. for medium quality. Everyone was nice, but that's not just why we go to a restaurant.

Wer einen guten Italiener mit einem traumhaften Garten sucht; der ist hier genau richtig. Ein alter Baumbestand gibt auch im heissesten Sommer schöne Kühle und dazu bekommt man noch ein wunderbares italienisches Essen. Der Hauswein, ein Primitivo ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. So geht italienisch & Gartenristorante. Einfach einmal hingehen und sich verwöhnen lassen.

Courteous staff and very good pizza dough. A bit like sourdough bread. The Ravioli dell Giorno with porcini mushroom sauce was also creamy and very well balanced. The price is on the higher end, but the great pizza was worth it to me.
