It's not because we've been to Rome. We had two different pizzas here, and they simply were unremarkable. I think that this is just a heavily touristed area, so you're a bit held captive to what's around. One of the pizzas was quite salty, and...the other bland (there wasn't much going on with the sauce, and the crust was tasteless, which covers a pretty big percentage of what makes a pizza). It took over minutes from ordering to getting the food, so if the restaurant is full, you may have to exercise some patience. Patrons might have been having more success with the pasta dishes, but since the name of the restaurant is pizzeria, we thought that was the way to go.
whilst shopping we asked a local shop owner where we could get a good lunch. So we followed his recommendation and found ourselves here. This restaurant was spotless and seemed newly renovated. We were very surprised at the extensive menu options and the pricing was...excellent compared to that of restaurants a block away with views of the lake. The service was excellent and food received the entire family's tick of approval! We even connected to their wifi which was very fast and helpful We will return soon
Our business team went to the restaurant twice during our visit to Uberlingen. The pizza options were many and varied. Sadly, several of the fish items were unavailable during our visits, although the local varieties were available. All the food was well prepared and tasty....The simple wine options were all quite acceptable. I would recommend the garlic soup, antipasto, pizza, and wine for a simple evening meal.
looking for a not quite tourist restaurant we came by al lago to reserve a table for the evening. the restaurant is not particularly large, the card offers but everything that (also vegetarian) heart desires. the service was very fast and accommodating, before the waiter rest. the food was super tasty and the price-performance ratio fits when we are back on the sea, we will surely come back!

have been very well eaten pizza was like in italy there you feel like on holiday. you should take some time as it can take some time to eat. but you will really be rewarded with the good food.
Terrible service with a wait just for the drinks. The steak was cheewie and the pizza was soft and tasteless. We went there because of the good review on tripadvisor, we got fooled!

small nice restaurant. nice operation. the pizza was very large with delicious thin floor. noodles with gorgonzola was also very good. a visit worth booking
