Our hiking group walked along the Reppisch river and reached Bergdietikon at lunch time. Most of us choose the Tuesday menu, Saltimbocca with a wonderful risotto after a fresh varied salad for a shear 16.50 francs. The place is a bit hidden, so quiet, and the interior is real italian. The padrone, Enzo Ferrara though gray haired is still in full power making up a perfect service. Espresso before taking the hike was also very good although those who ordered café crème were a bit disappointed. No wonder, in a italian place Espresso is waht one orders. Whenever in that region we will return for sure.
super afternoon experienced 13 people 5 children many expectant mothers of all kinds. the house was full and even though we were standing with two more people than reserved in the entrance everything worked perfectly.Essen was great, everyone could say what he wanted and it was all super fine. chef was in the kitchen and his colleague in the service. carving with pommes and for the adults a great appetizer afterwards pasta and then an ossobuco with risotto and as crowning a tortta di nonna. grappa, a house brand, and the coffee great. was a beautiful afternoon over and over again. thanks to
very good eating that is prepared with much love by enzo. as a hospitable one feels right there. the greeting is very warm and you will be served all evening in a welcoming and nice way. Price-\performance is very good (may be quite a bit more expensive, had rindsfilet for 38 francs.) the quality of the food is nevertheless top. the remarks that it is too expensive, are not true! this proves only the menu!I will gladly come back and enjoy this warm hospitality, the fine eating and an unforeseen evening. enzo, keep going!
I was there several times with my family and friends. the facility is modest, but the owner is all the more cordial and the food always delicious and for everyone what is there and all at a very fair price. the pastry products are made themselves, all dishes are freshly prepared and as "gruss aus der koch" there are fine bruschetta :)who wants to go over midday can choose from cheap menus (incl. salad).Always again like:) Reserva una mesa ahora
a secret tip for excellent Italian food. everything is freshly prepared and of the best quality. whether fischplatte, rindsfilet or calfskotelett von enzo are a dense and its desserts (tiramisu or panna cotta) are unbeatable. even with the most grösstem assault or special wishes, the chef (enzo) remains calm, calm - simply the perfect host.

I've been with my family in al ponticello many times. small, charming restaurant with very friendly and accommodating service from enzo. I recommend this restaurant always good friends who are looking for "an Italian". I always like to come for the fine eating in a cozy atmosphere.
