it was decent spot. not too big of a fan of hookah so it takes a bit to get used to the atmosphere inside. guy acts a bit rude at taking orders, no welcome or hello/hi, he was alone working so maybe tired; but nonetheless, get your order in, pay first then wait for your dine-in food—not ideal if you want to earn tips but whatever works for him. calzone was too good: 5 stars for it!!!! beef sheesh kabab were nice too but white sauce wasn’t all that; but again 5 stars for presentation tiny pita bread as “naan” which was cold, so not a fan of it at all.
This is the best restaurant I've ever gone to in my life. The food and customer service are absolutely incredible. There are so many different tasty food options at Aladdin Express. However, I love the Mediterranean options the most. All of the Mediterranean options are healthy and made with organic ingredients. The customer service even tops the food experience at this restaurant. Brother Ayman always takes care of you and is the most delightful person to speak with. He prepares each meal with love and care.
Please stop trying! I've lived here for years and never left, I just ordered the diving plate, it was deliciously garnished. I live a long way now, which is disturbing.... I regret not to eat here anymore while it was on the street, the food was so satisfied!! Sure 5 stars. I met an al, he was so nice.
I got the lamb gyro plate last night. I was supervised by AL, and I'm telling you, he made sure I had the best food experience. the service was fast and easy and the food was amazing. I would definitely go back this time with many more friends.

Get off the cheesecake band wagon and see for yourself not just a tik tok! I’ve been a regular customer for over 10 years and the food and service has always been great! Try a combination platter the best arabic food in Richmond by far!
Delicious. This place is a longtime Richmond gem. I recommend the combo platter. The lamb is seasoned perfectly! Also great pita falafel. Get the babaganoush added in! Family owned and operated.
I hadn’t been to Aladdin’s in many years…like long before they expanded. We went today, and it was outstanding. The falafel tasted the exact same as I remember. So good!
There's a lot I could say so I'm just going to simplify itI used to love this place a lot but it literally changed very vastly.
