Placed an order through their own website for delivery at 19.50 so we could get the kids to bed and relax. Order arrived 45 minutes early whilst we still had kids in the bath and were no where near ready for food. Driver reluctantly took it back for later delivery so I called to confirm that was OK... rude and blunt on phone no apology. Having put the kids down I noticed 3 missed calls from the takeaway, I called back and was met by an even more rude response asking why the hell I hadn 't answered my phone and how dare I place an order and not pick up a call. Been ordering pizzas from here for few years. Always very good! Usually order when have friends over too, so have used them a lot. Decided to call on Friday night and ordered 2 pizzas, same as we always order. When the pizza arrived instead of chicken tikka it was chicken and sweet corn. Called them to let them know the order was wrong . The guy was so rude! He was very short when I placed the order too.. he rushed through the order too fast. He argued with me on the phone saying I did order the chicken and sweet corn. Eventually agreed to replace after abusing me over the phone. I reviewed this last night on Christmas Eve about a mistake on my order on which I only received half my food. This afternoon though the shops manager personally called the house with an apology and offered a free meal to compensate for the mistake. I want to thank you for him for this and as I said in my original review that I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and I fully accept his apology as I think this is exceptional customer service by him. The food from here is always good as is usually the service one bad experience for myself shouldn’t spoil my view of this business and God willing I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Awful service and attitude. Ordered meal on their App and was sent a email confirming the order that would be ready asap. Went to collect later and they denied all knowledge of the order despite me showing them the confirmation. Then stated it would be ready in 20min. 40min later it was then brought to the counter and when i complained about the service I was told if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere. We order from here often and although there burgers are amazing but tonight I ordered 3 cheeseburger meals and cokes the chips were frozen and the burger was a mess I would say this is going to be the last time we order from here we ordered this at 11:36 pm and received it at 1:09 am

Just finished a stressful shift thought order a pizza go back and pick it up after 10mins what was agreed picked it up and by the time I walked 5mins to the house it was cold and not what I wanted . Was my favourite for many years but so bad now

The best pizza around. Chicken tikka bhuna is delicious. Making my mouth water just writing this. Delivery always prompt.
