Popped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning after spotting the vegan and vegetarian menu online. Really glad we did! Food was really fantastic and great value for the portion sizes, top quality vegan bacon and sausages with everything cooked perfectly. Coffee was great too. Friendly staff, zero complaints about the food or service. The toilets could use a bit of a clean as they were in poor shape on our visit and didn't look like they'd been done properly for a while so that's one negative of an otherwise very positive visit. We'll be back!
Great for allergies. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service, menu, food and atmosphere of this cafe. I'm coeliac and lactose intolerant and I was able to get breakfast AND a milkshake with whipped cream. The servers were so friendly and they didn't stop working at all. Would highly recommend this cafe for people with or without allergies. Can't wait to go back!
I stayed at the YHA next door with my two children and this little cafe was amazing, what a generous menu there was on offer with really accommodating and lovely staff. We ate here each morning of our short stay and will be sad not to be coming tomorrow!! Thankyou for the amazing food and the biscoff milkshakes which my kids adored!
Omg!! What a find. Went twice whilst on a girls weekend in Belfast. Had told my friends that a Belfast fry up is the best in the world and boy this place did not dissapoint. Amazing food and the large latte was the best coffee I have ever had. Get yourself here when you are in Belfast it is the best

Arrived at around 10 am. Was told that there would be nothing (food wise) available for at least 40 mins!!!!! A wait of 40 minutes at this time of day is completely unreasonable. How long does it take to make a bacon sandwich? Disappointed.
We really wanted to love this place, walking in the environment is great and what we were hoping for. The food was disappointing, we had 3 different breakfast entrees, all different styles and really none of them were better than average.
Excellent vegan breakfast to fill myself up before 10 miles of walking tours in Belfast! Staff were great and food was good value, good quality and lots of choice! I will be back on my next visit to Belfast!
Very nice spacious cafe where the staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Tried the Sampson and the goliath breakfast bothe great value and very filling

Highly recommend the Causeway Cafe! Great breakfast, wide range, freshly made, fair prices. Super friendly stuff, very welcoming atmosphere.
Great food and prices. This was a great find. I ate in and ordered food to go for my wife that was still working. Very accommodating
