I can honestly say that it was amazing! This was our first visit, and the food was fresh and tender on the inside while being perfectly crispy on the outside. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The service was exceptional as well! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, checking on us several times and showing great kindness. The restaurant has a comfortable and spacious atmosphere, and our food came out quickly. I highly recommend it!
I've visited Albany Fish Company several times, and each time I'm welcomed by KeeVee (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly). My order is taken promptly, and usually within 10 minutes, my food arrives, piping hot! Everything is consistently fresh and cooked to perfection. I've also tried their breakfast salmon croquettes, which were delicious. This place never disappoints. I highly recommend giving it a try!
We were visiting from Tennessee, and wow... everything we tasted was fantastic! The fried crab claws accompanied by that dipping sauce were perfect, and the large shrimp on the 12-count plate were incredible. The cheese grits and broccoli were absolutely delicious! My boyfriend had the salmon with rice and asparagus, and just look at his empty box afterward—he finished every bit! We loved everything, 1000%!
This restaurant offers truly excellent food, and the staff is exceptional. You order and pay at the counter before heading to the outdoor dining area. The prices are on the higher side compared to nearby seafood restaurants. When we arrived, it was raining, and the metal roof in the dining area made conversation challenging due to the noise. I've also sampled the alligator bites, the fried catfish sandwich, and just plain fried catfish and fried whiting, and everything has been fantastic. The only downside is that the person who answers the phone when I call to place my order is often quite rude. I wish they would be a little more polite to their customers. Aside from that, the food is consistently outstanding.
