Impressed with the selections and service, they even have a chef cooking in the centre of the deli! The sushi boxes look amazing, the pizzas are cooked up on the spot, there are all kinds of cuisines! Theres a carvery, salad bar, and self service hot meals. The seating area is huge and lots of tables to eat, read, work and people watching. I like this place a lot. I had cabbage rolls, fresh corn, rice and shepherd's pie...I wanted to taste as much as possible, all the dishes were quite authentic.

Walked in and needed to pick up some flowers. Walked around to see if I could find anyone to wrap the ones I picked but it was the evening so I didn’t have high hopes. I walked by a gentleman stocking fruit and he offered to wrap them for me and he did a wonderful job and provided me great service. I felt bad pulling him away but he was so kind. It was very much appreciated. : I didn’t get his name but he had glasses on and a headband with a long hair in a ponytail. Thank you!

My favourite upscale grocery in downtown. I love to be here during my break—great selection of food and drinks for lunch. Fantastic atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, lots of room and reasonable prices . PS: Don’t take your coffee from Starbucks and try Urban’s one instead.
