I ordered a basic meal, but they didn’t get it right. Instead of seasoning my fries with salt, pepper, and ketchup, they brought the fries with ketchup on the side along with a side of mayo. To make matters worse, the delivery person struggled with English and took 10 minutes to find the address, causing my food to arrive cold. This is by far the worst delivery experience I've had in Brooklyn. Definitely a strong NO!
The food at Alberto's Pizza is great, and the service is excellent—everyone is respectful and welcoming. They offer a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal. "Excellent and prompt service. We were seated quickly, placed our order, and received our food almost immediately. It did get crowded around 9:30 PM. Overall, the food was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the dry rub as it lacked sufficient seasoning. Despite that, it was a good experience overall."
