Long story short we waited 3 hours for our pizza delivery without compensation or apology. Our first cake was never delivered to us (it went to a wrong address? and we were told after 2 hours, everything they could do was our order and delivery, which lasted another 45 minutes. Luckily, when our pizza arrived, it was pleasant, but we are only very disappointed by customer service and do not think that we would risk the order from there again.
I just called in my order for a regular crispy pizza, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly, and the pizza was delicious! I couldn’t resist and had to quickly enjoy my first slice while it was still hot. I’m writing this review while trying to capture a picture of the slice I devoured. Thank you so much—this was exactly what I was craving!
The restaurant recently changed owners, but the familiar staff are still around. They are always friendly and I love their pizza. The new owners are an excellent family who manage the place well. I’m pleased to see that they didn’t change much; Palbert's was great before and still is. It’s my top pizza spot whenever I’m in Ronkonkoma.
I usually order their upside down pizzas. I think it is the best pizza shop that delivers in my vicinity. I’ve tried a few others but I think I’ll be headed back to them time after time when I’m too lazy to drive anywhere. The food comes hot and in a timely manner even on busy weekends. The best pizza on Long Island! I've been enjoying it since I was a kid when they first opened in Copiague. Their square pies have 10 slices, and you can't beat the family dinner deal!
The pizza is fantastic, especially the upside-down slice. This has definitely become my new go-to spot for ordering pizza. The staff was very friendly as well!
