If you're searching for the best pizza on the island, your hunt ends here. You've probably heard that New York has the best pizza—that's because they're talking about this place. The Albert's specialty slice is truly divine. Whenever I travel outside Long Island, my friends and family don’t ask for bagels; they insist I bring them an Albert’s Upside Down Pie. If you're in the area or new to Long Island, you absolutely have to try ALBERT'S PIZZA in Ronkonkoma!
Long story short we waited 3 hours for our pizza delivery without compensation or apology. Our first cake was never delivered to us (it went to a wrong address? and we were told after 2 hours, everything they could do was our order and delivery, which lasted another 45 minutes. Luckily, when our pizza arrived, it was pleasant, but we are only very disappointed by customer service and do not think that we would risk the order from there again.
Our experience at Albert's Pizza was disappointing. We waited three hours for our delivery with no apology or compensation. Our first pizza never arrived, and after two hours, we were informed they would remake and deliver it, which took another 45 minutes. While the pizza was tasty once it arrived, the poor customer service left us feeling unsatisfied. We are reluctant to order from this restaurant again.
I recently ordered a regular Crispy cake, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly, and the cake was so delicious that I quickly grabbed my first warm slice. I usually order their upside down pizzas. I think it is the best pizza shop that delivers in my vicinity. I’ve tried a few others but I think I’ll be headed back to them time after time when I’m too lazy to drive anywhere. The food comes hot and in a timely manner even on busy weekends.
Albert's Pizza always delivers delicious pizza, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I never order pizza from anywhere else because once you've experienced the best, you keep coming back. Be sure to check out their menu and say hello to Rich and Tree!
