the alchemist is located very close to the hotel where we stayed, so there was almost no doubt that we would see one of the evenings here. it opens around 18. there are not many places and many tribes. Previously this was an Italian bistro of the extra class, today in German bistro with Mediterranean cuisine and good weeps. a worthy successor now for a good 1.5 years. from the flammkuchen to the steak (premium understands) everything is best and at very good level!The cozy bistro atmosphere, paired with gelling mood and nice service (chef,) as well as very attentive chef. the chef de cuisine has a recommendation parat.

friendly reception in a nice little suitcase.The aperitifs before were delicious. the weeping after it was wonderful to eat. they have an extensive wine card. almost a pity that they did not open in the afternoon would have liked to try more.The eating has tasted delicious and looked beautiful. Of course, cutting of truffles at the table is always an additional enrichment for the experience.

I was here last year and they even got better. small place with 4 tables, bar, a service and a cook. I had noodles with truffles - excellent entrecôte from an Australian ochsen with sparing - to die. very nice loose service. I will be back as soon as possible.

After reading the review by alchemist, I was pretty sure that it will be a very nice weeping. the reality became true, however, and the simple bar was not even sweet. the service level has helped a bit, but I would still not recommend it. .

it was a small bistro. the atmosphere was very warm and the dishes were delicious. they served Uerige beer, which was also very good and famous old beer.
