My husband and I were regular customers at this restaurant because of their great beer selection and affordable prices. Unfortunately, we've encountered a series of unpleasant interactions with one staff member, Stephen. Even though we always tip generously, he has made disparaging comments whenever we place our orders and has consistently responded to our friendliness with rudeness. We're baffled by his habit of rolling his eyes after each order we make. We have tried to give this place—and him—multiple chances, but we've concluded that we would rather go out of our way to enjoy a meal somewhere else than put up with rudeness and condescending remarks.

All other beers strive to be as good as Ale Arsenal and while many are almost as good, they'll never be #1 like this one!
