I called the store to explain the situation and request a refund. They only offered me a partial credit, completely disregarding my picture and my status as a regular customer. All Mike could say was that I might have mishandled the meat and that they couldn’t just issue credits since the boss would get upset. I spend way too much money here to be treated this way.
