I haven't experienced that yet. First I order an appetizer salad that came later when the food my comrades had ordered. Then I order a main dish that wasn't there after more than 20 minutes waiting. I went to the counter to ask. Then I was told by the boss who also picked up my order that I had ordered nothing. Then each of my comrades could testify that I had ordered something. When I finally had my food after a long time, the quality was just a slim middle field. Too bad.
