Worst customer service. I placed an order for five sandwiches for pickup at alfa bagels. When I arrived I went straight to the pickup line. I stood there waiting to get assisted and every single person who worked there just kept helping the other people. So when I arrived they had one new person on the other line don't wait because he was there before my arrival. After that, they went to help four more customers. I mentioned to the lady behind the counter that I'd been waiting for a puck up. Rudely she said I have to wait and too off. I will never go out of my way to go to this establishment. I drive 45 minutes to get bagels and I placed an order and got hung up THREE times because no one can understand me. They have the rudest employees and would not give me the name of the manager/owner to make a complaint. So here it is! My time was wasted driving here. You lost my business and i hope others too. Also, I noticed the owner of this establishment doesn’t reply to apologize to anyone. Not a good look and shame on you. Seems like the complaints are all about the employees you have working there and I couldn’t agree more. If I could give zero stars I would!
I ordered a bagel with lox (nova). I got extremely sick shortly after. I went to the doctor and confirmed it was food poisoning. Being that you can see the kitchen from the cashier, I noticed that it was extremely messy back there. They don’t use gloves, they reuse the same cutlery all day(without sanitizing it) and I saw a mouse. I won’t be coming here again. Also, why charge .50 cents to use credit card for orders under $20. It’s a bagel shop, essentially everything is under $20.
The best bagels I've ever had! I recently moved from Randolph to Chester, and while the bagels here are decent, I still find myself returning to Randolph because Alpha Bagels are simply the best! They're always fresh and absolutely delicious!

Completely screwed up my fathers day order today. Wrong number of bagels. Wrong amount of tuna and white fish. No excuses. The store was not yet crowded. Not that hard to count bagels.
Fantastic bagels! Alfa offers some of the largest bagels and sandwiches around. Everything is fresh and delicious! It's always busy, but the wait is definitely worth it.
Very good bagels. Large with just right crust. Good chance of getting warm bagels in the AM. Small place and considered one of the best bagels in NJ. I have to agree.

I mean, does anyone seriously not know by now how amazing Alfa is? Hands down the best bagels in north Jersey.
We would like to see an improved variety of soups and chili, particularly during the winter months.
