Everything was done perfectly. The presentation was even very nice for food and travel 30 miles. We demanded our two main courses to be spicier and they have adapted for it. The bangkok combo was excellent at a bit hotter! The cattle pillow thai was hotter but perfectly mixed with all flavors. The sushi reels lubricated better than they looked! I can't wait until they open up on their backs and we can go in there and eat! It is a bit off the beaten pat...
General portions and absolutely delicious. I ordered the salt and pepper Calamari (deep fried, no old oil flavor, fantastic, vegetables are great supplement) and extra sharp shrimp pad Thai noodles. The pad Thai was not sharp as I hoped, but had incredible taste. I also ordered strawberry love and it was okay, but I've never tried to throw, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall really impressed by the care and dedication that went into the preparation of the dishes. Especially on a To Go order! (sorry, no picture of Pad Thai because I have eaten it too fast to make a pretty enough photo to just it. Just know it was amazing)
Great place. If I ever go through Mt Vernon again, I will definitely stop here and try more from their menu. I ordered Sushi to go and was told it would be about half an hour so I was able to fill my tank and run a break, and come back in time to lift it. The sushi was beautiful and delicious. I also have the tea of the day and it has hit everything perfectly. Btw, it seems Sushi is the only thing that takes so much time. The people who were there when I arrived and the others who were there when I came back seemed to get their stuff very fast. Just Fyi if you want to plan your timing.
