Ali Usta Ocakbaşı - Reserva de mesa

Von insgesamt 5 Mal Bestellen, wurde 2 Mal etwas berechnet und dann nicht geliefert. Leider erst Zuhause aufgefallen und jedes Mal mindestens 7 Euro für Nichts extra ausgegeben. Beide Male, fehlte auch eine Vorspeise, welche dann immerhin nicht zusätzlich abgerechnet wurde. Jetzt bei der heutigen Bestellung waren dann 2 Haare im Essen (In verschiedenen Gerichten). Aus Versehen passiert sowas vlt mal, aber 2 Mal in einer Bestellung ist schon arg ekelhaft. An sich schmeckt das Fleisch aufgrund des Kohlegrills sehr lecker. Aber der Service ist zu inkonsistent und für die Preise die man da für das Essen zahlt, sollte man eine höhere Qualität sicherstellen.

The food isn't bad and the prices are totally reasonable. I just find it cheeky that the waiters don't get their tips. I noticed by the way that they just leave the money in the cash register if I give a tip then it's meant for the waiters. In addition, the blonde waitress is really cheeky, she really upset me. She probably has no decency, I like the place itself and the food too, but with the aspects I mentioned I'm only giving it 3 stars.

Bis jetzt die Nummer 1, ich hoffe das Sie niemals den Geschmack verlieren. Egal was man hier isst, es schmeckt einfach Top. Durch die Location hatte ich einige Fragezeichen im Kopf aber man muss echt zugeben: ıch kann über nichts meckern. Sehr lecker !
