Aliberto's Mexican Food

Today we are out at Alibertos, as it's really one of the only places open on a Sunday in Taylor/Snowflake. The last time we went we ordered take out and the man was quite rude, or atleast not very welcoming... so that wasn't appreciated, but the food was still very good and hot. They gave plenty of napkins and the needed utensils. For the most part they aren't very consistent but good more times than not. This time they of course busy as everything is closed... looked short handed also. Despite being short handed, they were kind and acknowledged us. We knew it would be a wait, which is fine...I know the struggles in fast food. I ordered shrimp tacos and my hubby ordered the two Carne asada b...

This place is a great choice for a late-night meal or a Sunday outing. I ordered the bee and cheese burro enchilada style, and the cheese inside was perfectly melted. There was plenty of enchilada sauce to savor. My partner had five rolling tacos, which were generously filled with meat, and the cheese (which could have been melted a bit more) and guacamole were just right for a satisfying dinner.

Fantastic authentic Mexican cuisine! Everything is delicious, and the staff is always polite and eager to please. My favorite dishes are the carne asada burrito, tamales, carne asada nachos, and carne asada fries. The horchata is particularly refreshing and a great alternative to soda—it’s made with rice milk and tastes amazing!

the person on the journey through the window was excellent and friendly, the tacos were amazing and the cabeza burrito was the best I ever had, asking for the chunky salsa, I think they make it fresh and is delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had the loaded fries on our way to the airport, and wow, that was a lot of food! Neither of us could finish them. They were overflowing with carne asada and other toppings. We will definitely be back!

The chips and guacamole are delicious, and you receive a generous portion of guacamole. Everything is tasty, and my family always loves the food here.

The Mexican cuisine in the mountains is excellent. The carne asada burrito was spot on, and they even offered roasted jalapeños for free!
