I’m going to be a little more honest here. Location: awesome Decor/ambiance: awesome Taste of drinks: awesome Taste of food: very good I have to say though, especially in a time where we’re bleeding money left and right for necessities like grocery, gas, mortgages, the prices there are way unreasonable. I’ve gone to restaurants downtown, old port, incredible location and food that don’t charge these prices especially for the quantity. A 24$ martini?? More like 16-18$ No thanks. A 26$ tartare that is TINY? Should be More like 18$. Again no thanks. Unfortunately we had a drink, a tartare, and went to ear elsewhere and it’s not like we don’t have a good income. But quality/price? Won’t be going...
First time we went to your lounge last night around 7pm before going to dinner at the Main Kitchen and what a beautiful place, well done! Unfortunately, a very intoxicated couple was at the bar and they were very inappropriate, due to their state. It would have been appropriate and responsible to stop serving them alcohol well before reaching this state, as well as ask them to leave the premises out of respect for the other customers. I expect this kind of behavior in a lower town tavern, but the standard of your lounge as well as your prices mean that I expected a respectful and pleasant atmosphere.
What a find! The staff here is like visiting old friends whom you haven't seen in years. The ambiance and decor bring you to a world far away from the quaint streets of Hudson. The manager Chelsea was extremely professional and shook up quite lovely beverages for me and my wife. We had the pleasure to sit at the bar and watch the place fill up. Soon enough, we were sharing stories with our bar seating patrons and laughing it up with the staff. Five stars are all well-deserved! Our heartiest, thanks to see you soon!
