Alice Sweetwater's Grille

The food was good, though I feel I didn?t get to enjoy it fully because I scarfed it down so fast because I was starving. It took 50 mins to get our plates after ordering. we ordered fried oysters with fries, which I don?t think should?ve taken that long to prepare. The place was really busy, but I noticed numerous tables that were seated after us, getting their meals long before us. It seems something went wrong with our order no explanation or anything was given, just a ?sorry folks,? which was rather disappointing.

Very quaint place with a nice bar. A little cramped and so can get loud. Awesome drinks best red sangria I've had in Naples. Bartender was great on all fronts. Gets busy so food takes a while. A few gripes from my group grilled grouper portion was a little small and steamed mussels arrived cold (altho the sauce was excellent).

A few handles from my group grilled grouper part was a little small and damped shells came cold (the sauce was excellent).

Service is excellent and the food is tasty and fresh. Had the stuffed chicken with spinach red peppers and mascarpone. Friends had the Rueben, Steak Sandwich and Veggie Open faced sandwich with portobello mushroom. The star of the show which I apologize I didn?t get a pic of was the ?nacho momma? Nachos. Excellent.

Real nice place! Great inside, bar, and outdoor seating. Was very busy when we went and service was great. The food was very good and the oysters were awesome! Recommend giving it a try!
