We called the restaurant the day before to inquire about my wife's dietary restrictions, as she is vegan and wheat intolerant. The person on the phone assured us that they could accommodate her needs. The next day, we explained this to our waiter, who unfortunately informed us that the onion bhajis could not be made vegan and wheat free as the mixture had already been prepared. However, he did offer an alternative of veg chat without puree and with a poppadom instead. Ordered from here many of times and never had an issue however with it being New Year’s Eve and having the family come round, we thought we would order a takeout. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our order to arrive, which was ok as it was a busy period, however an item was missing. Someone’s main meal which I wasn’t going to let go. When I rang the restaurant to inform them, they were the least bit helpful. Indirectly calling me a liar and wouldn’t let me get a word in edge, which led me to hang up. I ordered takeout from this Indian restaurant in Wellingborough and it was absolutely the best. The staff were so friendly and kind. We ordered Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi and Chicken Tikka Madras, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and fresh with plenty of meat. The Jalfrezi was filled with soft, delicious vegetables. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful meal and for being so pleasant to talk to while we waited for our food. 5 stars.
Our first time visiting and we weren't disappointed. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We ordered a range of starters that were all well cooked and totally delicious,as was the main meal. The food was reasonably priced with decent sized portions. We will definately visit again.

This is our go-to restaurant for delivered Indian food. We had yet another superb meal last night. Delivered quicker than expected and all four dishes were fab. The Khanshama Chicken Jholl was a new one to me and I'll have it again for sure! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Just Great !! The staff are extremely friendly in this very well family restaurant. There is a wide choice on the menu. I am sixty one years old, I have travelled throughout the UK and I can honestly say it's the best Indian food I have eaten. Well Done to the team at Ali's!
I ordered takeout and for the third time had to cancel because it was over 45 minutes late. The waiter on the phone showed no concern. I will not be using this restaurant again and will not be recommending it to anyone else.
Food was excellent been 3 times in a week. Been to alot of Indians in brick Lane in London an the food here matches the best in London. Would recomend a visit to this place
