where to start? this was without a shadow of a doubt the worst service i have ever encountered when ordering food. a friend I ordered a simple 10” pizza, a box of chips a 7up last night after we’d been out. we’re not from peterborough, in fact we thought peterborough as a whole was absolutely abysmal, so we figured we would just grab something quickly, not realising we would be fleeced of hard earned money in trying to secure some naughty scrans. we were given an estimated delivery time of at best a 15 minute wait and promised no later than half an hour after our order time, so we’re thinking yes banging, seems decent. mind this was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel, we just couldn’t be bo...

My friend and I went to Ali's restaurant after a night out. We placed our order and paid with a card, but the man behind the counter kept saying the transaction hadn't gone through, so I had to try again. After multiple attempts with different cards, he said he couldn't process the order and asked us to leave... When I checked my bank account, I saw that the transactions had actually gone through. I tried contacting the restaurant to get a refund, but was repeatedly told the manager wasn't available or to call back later. After months of trying and getting nowhere, I have given up. It appears they are hoping customers will just give up. I wonder how many other people they have done this to,...

Ordered from here loads before, was OK, ordered tonight and waited nearly 2 hours, called them only to be to told they don't deliver here and that my order was cancelled, have had no message or email telling me of the cancellation. Speaking to some guy on the phone who obviously didn't have 2 brain cells to rub together, was very rude. Needless to say I won't be calling them again and my advice to anyone is to not bother yourself, soon as you get a problem you just get someone on the phone who's got no clue at all, no surprise they can only work a kebab job badly, how do these people survive in the real world is beyond me!!!!

I have ordered online from this restaurant multiple times now, and each time they have forgotten something I specifically wrote in the notes. I made sure to double check everything this time, but once again they forgot a main part of my order. I called at 11:40 when the food was delivered to inform them, and was told it would be delivered promptly. It is now 1:06 and I still have not received the missing item, causing the rest of my food to become cold and inedible. Despite calling three times, my calls have been ignored. Have used this kebab house many times, upon delivery the food has always been hot,good food, always on time and always correct, after reading some of the reviews here I think some may have been unfair as I've always had a good experience from start to finish, staff have never been rude, always friendly and respectful, thanks Ali kebab, I will continue to use your services while I am working in Peterborough.

Food was Peng! I can’t lie, iv eaten there before, many years ago and it wasn’t good, but this time is was soooo nice, i just ordered a chicken tall and it was delicious, if only I didn’t have such a gnarly lockdown belly I’d be ordering again for defiantly. For real! Thanks guys n girls

I had a great experience with my delivery order! I tried the chili nan sandwich and mixed wrap, both of which had a nice level of spice, not too overwhelming. The delivery was fast and the portions were generous, making it a good value. The chicken in both dishes was tasty.

Spent £25 on kebab food and my friend was sprayed with bbq sauce all over her £70 mink jacket by the owners, they dismissed when we said stop and wouldn’t give us a discount. Never buy from here. Revolting service. So upset, ruined my week. Reserva una mesa ahora

one of the best takeaways in peterborough, eating is always amazing. can't recommend it enough 5* service and eat and very nice staff.
