Comparison is the thief of joy, and it?s true when it comes to bagels. No matter where I go, and what bagels I try, I will never stop comparing them to All American. They?ve catered every major brunch party I?ve had in the last 7 years, gotten me huge last minute orders for work conferences, and provided breakfast for me on a regular basis at work regularly throughout the years and the quality has never faltered. The front staff is exactly the way most of the 1 star reviews have described, but you?ll never hear a complaint out of me. I?m not there for a 5 star experience at a strip mall no frills bagel shop, I?m there for quality bagels, sandwiches and omelettes, which I have ALWAYS received...
I've also encountered heroes where the mayo was applied on only one side of the bread and the cheese was at the bottom. I might be particular, but having worked in delis and made sandwiches for over 20 years, I understand the importance of properly placing ingredients. It’s simply disappointing when considering their price-to-quality ratio. If they continue to treat the ingredients so sloppily, they should really consider lowering the hero prices by $3.

This place is a great place to get your bagels and coffee from. Let me explain. The bagels are fresh, and no matter how crowded the place is, you will get your bagel quick and fast. The workers here are very nice. Even if they don 't know you they will act very friendly and might even say something when you exit, just like when you come in and they greet you. One time I went here with my mother. Apparently she didn 't bring enough money to pay for my jolly rancher slushy because she didn 't bring her wallet, so one of the store employees paid it forward because apparently they thought she was a single mother, but she wasn 't, they will do everything they can to try to make your experience go...
Stopped here on my way back to Philly after leaving the JFK airport. I ordered ahead and by the time i arrived they had my order ready and my drink was being made fresh.I got a bacon egg sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, and it was one of the best sandwiches ive ever had. Sandwiches are a great size and not too greasy or salty, couldnt have asked for anything better. Took a few bagels home that im looking forward to heat up for the rest of the week's breakfasts.Seems they have alot of negative reviews recently regarding rude customer service, but I experienced quite the opposite. The employees were busy, but attentive.Would be happy to visit this place again!

I've been a customer here for over five years, and their coffee is what keeps me coming back. It's simply the best coffee around. Yes, it can take a while to receive your order since they are always very busy, but we regulars are well aware of that. I know the best times to place my order in advance or when to walk in. Just scan the barcode at the cashier, download their app, and order ahead to skip the wait. Besides the coffee, this is a fantastic bagel shop— their egg and cheese on a roll is amazing. Honestly, I would come here just for the coffee alone. Their donut blend is exceptional!
This place used to be my favorite local spot, the bagels are great and their other food is good. BUT they NEVER ever get my order right (for ex: the cheese is missing, the bagel type is wrong, no mayo, not toatsed when asked for it toasted etc) I used to shrug my shoulders and eat it anyway, but at this point , when im paying $10- $13 for a bagel or hero I expect my order to be correct. This isn't an isolated incident either, its literally every time my husband and i order from here and its frustrating at this point.
While I was waiting for two bagels I was asked to move twice so the girl can restock the tea and coffee self serve area. Not to mention barista for what? To make your own coffee? Pass...not to mention the unprofessionalism displayed below. The owner of this business will bully you for not liking her product...let 's share it on LinkedIn!
I’ve ordered here twice now through uber eats and I love this chicken vodka sandwich. The bread is nice and soft, the cheese taste fresh, and the sauce isn’t overpowering heavy. Fast service and the sandwich is big enough for 2 people it’s so big!! I’m looking forward to ordering more and trying their bagels next ?

This bagel shop is okay. They and everyone in there always seems kind of cranky when I've been there. But I've always gotten what I needed. Bagels are a little denser than I would like and they do get very busy, so be prepared to wait during rush hour. The line moves quick though.
