Service is always very good at this restaurant. We ordered the tom yum soup, pepper and salt tofu for entrees; fried rice, chilli chicken basil stir fry and the deep fried whole fish barramundi. My favourites were the fried rice (which I personally think is the best in Hobart!) and the chilli chicken basil stir fry. The tom yum soup was too sweet and we had to ask for additional lemon to squeeze into the soup - not sure if that was the right thing to do but we needed to make it more sour to counteract the over-sweetness. As a regular visitor to Thailand on business, I often eat good Thai food while there. To find this little gem, just down the road from my home is fantastic.Went with friends last week, no booking, just fingers crossed, and as some people walked out we got their table.Had the best Thai chicken green curry I have had outside Bangkok, well probably the best I have ever had period.Good sized serve, thought I wouldn't get thru it, but did. Right degree if chilli, and washed down with a BYO Rose. Beautiful.Thoroughly enjoyed the night, waiter was lovely, impressed by my little bit of the Thai language, would really recommend this place, not fine dining, but a great casual eatery, and inexpensive.
Sandi and I went to All Thai a few years ago and all I remember from that was freezing cold in a corner and my mouth burning from an unexpectedly fiery chili dish. This time it was considerably better.First, the service. We were attended by a charming Thai waiter with a cheeky sense of humour that suited us fine. We received our entrees and mains quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. BBQ chicken with sticky rice and a spicy papaya salad for me was delicious. Sandi had a green chicken curry and she loved it.All Thai is a nice go-to option in the North Hobart strip if you can't make up your mind what you want.
All Thai has an interesting menu which should appeal to lovers of Thai food. Foods are rated by number of chillies so finding the right degree of spiciness isn't a problem. Prices are quite reasonable. We liked the duck special and massaman beef curry. The service was quick and friendly. There is plenty of parking nearby.

We had a very tasty dinner here for adults and children. The decor isn't anything flash, but the food is great. We had spring rolls, curry puffs and satay sticks for entree. I had satay prawns for main and that was delicious. Service was quick and good. Great little restaurant if you want good Thai food
Offering a less westernised version of Thai food compared to other places in town. Still not quite the real stuff but pretty damn tasty. Interesting versions of classics, a twice grilled pork hock with green papaya salad was seriously delicious. Nice staff and quick service.
I have been living in Hobart now for almost 12 months and I can say this restaurant always delivers fabulous food and service. I have been here quite a few times and have taken many friends and family members here and All Thai continue to deliver. Highly recommend!
The waitress was really friendly and served us well, the food itself tasted really good, their curry has the flavor of Thai but the portion is a bit small for me.

Nice friendly stuff and thumbs up to all the food we ordered! Was amazed how nice the broccoli can blend with their stir fried duck...
The menu is interesting and some of the chef's recommendations are especially good. The food and service is very good.
