Horrible customer service. Product arrived thawed and soggy. Product states on packaging it should remain frozen. You pay $20+ for shipping as well. Will never purchase from here again!
The housekeeping was very dirty. There was a lot of dust and dirt on everything, including the cooler where the food was stored. It was quite unappealing.
