Honestly, a disappointing experience. Four of us went for a light dinner. My first disappointment was my cocktail. I ordered a Cosmo with a sugared rim. It came (no sugared rim and was, basically, just cranberry juice with a little lime. My husband and I split a half a dozen oysters (delicious! and the halibut. The halibut was cooked properly but was not seasoned. I had to add salt to give it any flavour. My son and his partner split the salmon poke—which was basically just salmon…not a lot of other ingredients and, again, almost no seasoning. My husband and I came down from Vancouver, BC to watch the Dodgers play and wanted some good seafood. We found this restaurant and were delighted. We tried oysters for the first time and Natalie was so helpful. She made it fun for us and walked us through different options . She was friendly, kind, warm and was very engaged. We stayed at the attached Hotel 1000 and were excited to try the oysters at All Water as they are a oyster bar . We ended up there during oyster hour which is their happy hour and ordered a dozen oysters. We were SO incredibly disappointed in the quality. The oysters themselves were huge and did not have a good flavor. We weren 't given any options for type or explained the type of oyster that was served. We couldn 't even finish them and my husband didn 't feel well for awhile after. I assume they save the lowest quality for oyster hour but it was really disappointing and I would have much rather had the option of a better quality for the regular price. My recent visit to this restaurant was fantastic. Despite arriving late for dinner, we were warmly welcomed with smiles. The food was delicious, promptly served, and in generous portions. The wine selection was excellent, and the oysters were fresh and tasty. I must give a special shoutout to our server Mikhayla who provided exceptional service. I dine out frequently and she is truly exceptional. If you find yourself in Seattle, don't pass up the opportunity to visit this amazing restaurant.

We were one of only three tables here on a Monday afternoon and the service was ridiculously slow. The hostess and server seemed more interested in talking to each other. We were told there wasn’t a kids menu, even when their website has one. Having said that, we were there to get oysters and those were very good. Once the server decided that there was indeed a kids menu, my son’s meal was very good, and we appreciated the gluten free options.
The staff at the restaurant was completely clueless about the oysters they were serving. They were unaware of the menu items and happy hour prices. They attempted to serve us cheaper oysters despite our request for 4 of each kind. We had to return the oysters, but eventually gave up on receiving what we ordered.
As a solo traveler through USA I have been welcomed in the the restaurants and bars I’ve been in, however here, I felt unwelcome at this restaurant, like I was an inconvenience to them.
